The qualifying periods and draw dates are listed below. How to Qualify for the draw All you have to do to qualify is spend S$250 within the qualifying period and you stand a chance to win double the amount. You don’t have to purchase S$250 all at once but it can be a combination of your orders within the stated months. For every S$250 you spend, you win 1 chance to participate in the draw. Terms & Conditions 1. A customer is eligible to participate in the draw if he/she; (i) has registered a free account with The Art of Stitch. (ii) has purchased via our online website. (iii) purchased a total of S$250 with one or a combination of orders from within the qualifying months. 2. The Lucky Draw is not open to participants who order via phone and email without going through the online process. Cash & Collect can be done via online as well to qualify. 3. 5. Order amounts from any previous quarters cannot be brought over to the next quarterly draw. 6. Dates are based on Singapore’s time and date. 7. Winnings can be transferred partially or fully to winner’s friends and family members via your account. 8. Winning amount is not inclusive of shipping fee in or out of Singapore. Best resolution for best results is 150 DPI. Anything lower is subjected to some loss of quality. 3. Choose the fabric count preferred. Our rates 1st photo - S$15.00 Prices include both printed & soft copy of the following:- 1. Cover Page How do I get my charts? Soft copy will be emailed to you within 48 hours of payment received, while the printed set will be sent to your shipping address. Shipping is free within Singapore. What happens after my order? We will send you a final stitched pattern of your entire photo plus the specifics. If you are happy with it and would like to go ahead with the order, we will then invoice you accordingly. At this time, you can also make changes to the size and number of colors to suit your budget. It’s very important to us that you are happy with our design. Hence if you are not happy with the final stitched pattern, you can cancel this order without any penalty. Can I buy materials with my chart? Of course you can! In fact, for only Stitch a Photo services, you get 5% off threads, fabric and needles. Now that’s a deal! What do you use to design my chart? To ensure good quality and handles the complexity of color patching, we use an honest to goodness designer to handle all our cross stitch designing. Due to the time difference though, we can only revert on all requests within 24 hours. Would you like to see samples of our work?
