When do we ship out your items
We ship your order out within 1-3 business days from when we receive the payment for your order.
Custom clearance
All items are subjected to custom clearance. If there are any duties or taxes charged by your country, you will have to bear the charges.
When will I get my items?
International destinations: 6-15 working days
Malaysia: 4-6 working days
Singaporeans: 2-3 working days
Important: Do note that the estimated delivery time is for transit only and they do not apply till the item leaves our store. Once your item leaves our store for shipment, it will be subjected to custom clearance and other factors that can contribute to late deliveries and this is beyond our control.
It says my country has no available shipping rate. What should I do?
Your shipping rate will be the same as shipping to US or Europe so you can refer to the above table. Simply checkout with your current order and make your payment as per normal without the shipping fee. We will send you a shipping invoice within 12 hours separately. Do take note that if we don’t receive payment of your shipping fee, we do have to cancel your order and give you a refund of your order.
