Effective 30 June 2010, we are happy to extend Free Shipping to our Malaysian friends! Shipping is free for all orders above S$10.00. Anything below that will have a small charge of S$0.50. This is our way of thanking you for your support!

When do we ship out your items
We are now shipping every working day from Monday to Friday. If you are transferring payment via our local banks, as long as we receive your payment before 6pm, we will ship your order the next morning.
Custom clearance
All items are subjected to custom clearance. If there are any duties or taxes charged by your country, you will have to bear the charges.
When will I get my items?
International destinations: 6-15 working days
Malaysia: 4-6 working days
Singapore: 2-3 working days
Important: Do note that the estimated delivery time is for transit only and they do not apply till the item leaves our store. Once your item leaves our store for shipment, it will be subjected to custom clearance and other factors that can contribute to late deliveries and this is beyond our control. Also do note that during the holiday seasons like Christmas and year end, orders can take a longer time to reach you due to the influx of mails.
It says my country has no available shipping rate. What should I do?
If you can't find your country under Estimate Shipping while you are checking out, drop us a message and if there are no huge problems in sending to your country we will be happy to add your country to our delivery list.
