International Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping worldwide, with free shipping on qualifying orders. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority and typically arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch.

Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, or public holidays.

Shipping to Singapore

  • Orders under S$50 — S$7.95
  • Orders S$50 and above — FREE

Local Shipping (Malaysia)

Shipping is free to all addresses in East and West Malaysia.

Remote & Regional Areas

Some remote or regional areas in Australia and Canada may incur additional delivery charges. You can check your exact rate using the shipping calculator in your cart. As FedEx expands its network in these countries, rates may change over time.

Import Duties & Taxes

We ship to the United States with all duties and taxes paid (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). The total at checkout is the total you pay — no charges on delivery.

For all other destinations, import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Most orders fall below the import threshold for personal use in their destination country and arrive with no additional charges. If you are unsure what applies to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing.

Customs Delays & Unpaid Charges

If customs duties, taxes, or other charges are refused or left unpaid, the shipment may be delayed, returned to us, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.

In such circumstances, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund. Orders abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid charges may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery to PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

If you require delivery to a PO Box, FedEx charges approximately US$15 to transfer the parcel to a local third-party carrier. Add a note at checkout confirming you agree to this charge and we will send you an invoice once your order is received.
