We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
You may choose either of the following return options:
- Arrange your own return shipping (tracking is recommended), or
- Have us arrange a FedEx return label for a flat fee of S$30 (approximately US$24). This amount will be deducted from the payment already made, and no further payment is required.
For option 2, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and processed.
For Malaysia/Singapore - we offer Free Returns. International returns, you will need to bear the shipping cost if return is due to change of mind. We recommend the most economical shipping method with tracking included. Do provide us with the tracking number once received so we can help to look out for it.

Refund Options
Refunds can be processed:
- Back to your original payment method within 5–7 days, or
- Instantly as store credit (with no expiry). You can request to transfer store credit back to your payment method anytime.
By default, we will always refund back to your original payment method unless instructed otherwise.
