Ordering & Payments

Customer accounts are now completely password-less. No more remembering passwords!

When logging in, customers will receive a 6-digit verification code sent directly to their email. Simply enter the code to securely access your account.

For added convenience, customers can also log in using Google Login.

Once payment is made, your PDF can be downloaded in 2 ways.

1. If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, your PDF download button will appear at the end of your checkout page.

2. An email with a download link will also be sent to your email address.

3. Your downloads are also available within your order history and you can download them at anytime. (see below)

If you are making payment by bank transfer (only for Singapore/Malaysia banks), downloads will only be available after your payment has been received.

1. Click the Human icon located at the top right of the Page.

2. Log in with your email/pin code or via Google social login.

3. Click the Order number that you wish to track.

4. You can click on the tracking number to track your order or see it play out directly in your order history itself.

You now have store credit within your account. You may receive vouchers or refunds through store credit. You can also request to have your store credit refunded back to you at anytime.

Check the box for gift wrapping on our product pages & add your personal message for your gift in your cart notes. Our gift wrapping services are totally Complimentary!

We often ship orders earlier than the estimated shipping date, which is how warehouses keep life interesting. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped and can no longer be canceled, you may return the item for a refund of the product cost.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

You may choose either of the following return options:

1. Arrange your own return shipping (tracking is recommended), or
2. Have us arrange a FedEx return label for a flat fee of S$30 (approximately US$24). This amount will be deducted from the payment already made, and no further payment is required.

For option 2, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and processed.

For Malaysia/Singapore - we offer Free Returns. International returns, you will need to bear the shipping cost if return is due to change of mind. We recommend the most economical shipping method with tracking included. Do provide us with the tracking number once received so we can help to look out for it.

Refund Options
Refunds can be processed:

• Back to your original payment method within 5–7 days, or
• Instantly as store credit (with no expiry). You can request to transfer store credit back to your payment method anytime.

By default, we will always refund back to your original payment method unless instructed otherwise.
