All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch (Not Stamped) so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via FedEx or UPS, with tracking included. Orders with multiple kits may take an extra day to process so we can ensure everything is prepared perfectly for you.

Delivery times are estimates (business days) and begin after dispatch.

For Express Shipping, please allow additional time for courier processing any applicable customs duties. If duties are required, payment can be made securely through our courier’s official website using your tracking link.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in their original condition. Partially used items may still be returned, but they will be assessed and may receive a partial refund.
