We offer discounted, partner-only flat rates through FedEx and UPS, and orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping.

If no shipping options appear at checkout, we may not currently ship to your country. Contact us and we’ll gladly check whether delivery can be arranged.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these fees or know what they might be in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like more details before placing an order.

US Tariffs (about $5-8) have been added to your shipping fee and your order will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, no customs paperwork, and no surprise charges upon delivery.

While our store is registered in Singapore, our operations are currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
