Why is my redeemed amount lesser than the Gift Card amount?

Our Gift cards are in Singapore dollars. If you check out in USD and redeem in USD, it will be converted from SGD to USD using the prevailing exchange rates. The value is the same just in a different currency.

The option to add a gift card for payment appears on checkout only when there are active gift cards in your account.

When making a purchase in your store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
