Customer accounts are now completely password-less. No more remembering passwords!

When logging in, customers will receive a 6-digit verification code sent directly to their email. Simply enter the code to securely access your account.

For added convenience, customers can also log in using:

• Google Login
• Shop Login (via Shopify Shop)

Once payment is made, your PDF can be downloaded in 2 ways.

1. If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, your PDF download button will appear at the end of your checkout page.

2. An email with a download link will also be sent to your email address.

3. Your downloads are also available within your order history and you can download them at anytime. (see below)

If you are making payment by bank transfer (only for Singapore/Malaysia banks), downloads will only be available after your payment has been received.

1. Click the Human icon located at the top right of the Page.

2. Log in with your email/pin code or via Google/Facebook.

3. Click the Order number that you wish to track.

4. You can click on the tracking number to track your order or see it play out directly in your order history itself.

You now have store credit within your account. You may receive vouchers or refunds through store credit. You can also request to have your store credit refunded back to you at anytime.

Check the box for gift wrapping & add your personal message before adding to cart on all our product pages. Our gift wrapping services are totally Complimentary!

We often ship orders ahead of the estimated shipping date. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled, you're welcome to return the item for a refund of the product cost.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Partially used items will be assessed, and a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

For Malaysia/Singapore - we offer Free Returns. International returns, you will need to bear the shipping cost if return is due to change of mind. We recommend the most economical shipping method with tracking included. Do provide us with the tracking number once received so we can help to look out for it.

Refunds can be made back to your original payment method within 5-7 days or be instantly credited to you as Store credit with no expiry.
