Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request for a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start your return, click here to access the order in your account. For returns only, you will need to login via email OTP. Once logged in, go to orders and open the order. Click Manage to Request Return.

Free Returns are only available for Malaysia and Singapore.

International Customers: If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We recommend using registered mail with tracking for added security. Please note that we are unable to process returns that have not been authorized in advance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for digital downloads or custom 'Stitch a Photo' orders.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Options
Refunds can be processed:

  • Back to your original payment method within 5–7 days, or
  • Instantly as store credit (with no expiry). You can request to transfer store credit back to your payment method anytime.

Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
