All cashback will be deposited into your Store Credit within 24 hours. Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

If you have not received an email notification confirming that your Store Credit has been issued after 24 hours, please contact us. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well, just in case the email decided to take the scenic route.

Your store credit shows are 2 places. One in your profile (click the human icon top right hand corner) and your balance is there at the top right. 

If there is any store credit, it will also show in your checkout place. 

However if you are signed into Shop Pay, your store credit might not show due to a Shop Pay's limitation (which we hope they will fix one day)

To see your Store credit, you will need to sign out from Shop Pay (click check out as guest) and sign in again using your email and Pin.

Your Store Credit will then be available to apply on the checkout page.

If for any reason, it still won't show, just take note from your profile on your balance, check out from your order as normal and email or add a note to your order on how much you wish to redeem. We will manually refund you the amount and deduct from your store credit for you.

2. Store credit from cancelled/refunded orders will also be cancelled.
3. Cashback is not exchangeable for cash.
4. Cashback cannot be earned on refunded or exchanged items.
5. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the cashback program and its terms & conditions at anytime.
6. Qualifying store credit will be deposited into customer's account within 24 hours, if not received after 24 hours, please contact us.
