We partner with FedEx and UPS to offer fast, reliable international delivery. Our rates are discounted and calculated at checkout, giving you a flat, reduced shipping price based on your location.

You’ve got two options: Priority International Shipping or Express International Shipping.

The difference between these 2 is speed & if taxes are included. Standard takes a bit longer due to the time needed for custom clearances and duty collection. Express does NOT include any duties, taxes or VAT that may come after the package reaches your customs. You are responsible for paying all duties owed for the package to be delivered to you.

EU has announced that starting July 2026, all imports under 150 Euros will be subjected to tax.

We now offer an all-inclusive Priority Shipping which includes all taxes, vat or duties as well as FedEx admin fees in facilitating the charges with your customs.

Our Shipping partners are FedEx or UPS, so you’ll get reliable service and full tracking either way.

If no shipping options appear at checkout, we may not currently ship to your country. Contact us and we’ll gladly check whether delivery can be arranged.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Under Express Shipping, duties and taxes will be collected by our courier company before delivery.

Duties & any other charges are included with Priority Shipping, there will be no extra charges upon delivery and delivery will be quicker as everything is paid for.

Processing time is the same for both Standard & Priority. We ship orders within 1-2 Business days. For orders with more kits, we might take a day longer to make sure it's perfect for you.

While our store is registered in Singapore, our operations are currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We work with trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. All orders are fully trackable, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
