1. Go to the website, oh wait you are already here. Stare at pretty cross-stitch kits. Resist buying all of them.

2. Browse for what you want

Use the top menu:“Cross Stitch Kits” or “Cross Stitch Patterns”
Or browse by theme, series, etc.Click on an item you like to open its product page.

3. Choose options (if any)

Some products let you choose kit vs pattern, size, or variations. Pick your options like a responsible adult.

4. Click “Add to Cart”

There will be an Add to Cart button on the product page. Click it. The item goes into your cart. Groundbreaking technology.

5. Open your cart

Click the cart icon (usually top-right).You’ll see:

Item(s) you added
Subtotal
Note field if you want to add instructions
Checkout button

6. Check your cart details

Make sure:
Quantity is correct
You didn’t accidentally add five kits because you got excited. You can update or remove items here.

7. Click “Checkout”

Press the checkout button. This sends you to the secure checkout page.

8. Enter your shipping info

Fill in:
Name
Address
Email
Country (Pick the correct country so shipping doesn’t go on a world tour.)

9. Choose shipping method

Shipping cost shows here. Sometimes free shipping applies if you hit their minimum order amount.

10. Enter payment details

Use card or whatever payment methods they accept on checkout. Type carefully. This is not the time for creative spelling.

11. Apply discount code (if you have one)

There’s usually a promo/discount field on the checkout page. Enter code. Feel clever.

12. Review everything

Final check:
Items
Address
Total cost
Shipping

13. Click “Pay / Complete Order”

Press the final payment button.

Congratulations. You have successfully exchanged money for tiny fabric art.

14. Confirmation

You’ll get:
Order confirmation page
Email receipt

Then you wait. Like all online shoppers, staring at tracking numbers and refreshing like a maniac.

Once payment is made, your PDF can be downloaded in 2 ways.

1. If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, your PDF download button will appear at the end of your checkout page.

2. An email with a download link will also be sent to your email address.

If you are making payment by bank transfer (only for Singapore/Malaysia banks), downloads will only be available after your payment has been received.

1. Click the Human icon located at the top right of the Page.

2. Log in with your email/pin code or via Google/Facebook.

3. Click the Order number that you wish to track.

4. You can click on the tracking number to track your order.

We often ship orders ahead of the estimated shipping date. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled, you're welcome to return the item for a refund of the product cost.
