You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and kept in their original packaging.

We offer Free Returns for orders in Malaysia. To start your return, click here to access the order in your account. For returns only, you will need to login via email OTP.

Once logged in, go to orders and open the order. Click Manage to Request Return.

If you would like to purchase the same chart as the kit you are buying, simply message us to request it and we will activate an automatic discount for you. The discount will allow you to purchase the chart within 30 days.

Please note that the email used for the purchase must be the same as the one used for the original order, as the discount will only apply to that email.
