Downloading your PDF is as easy as 1-2-3!

Once payment is made, your PDF can be downloaded in 3 ways.

1. If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, your PDF download button will appear at the end of your checkout page.

2. An email with a download link will also be sent to your email address.

3. Your downloads are also available within your order history and you can download them at anytime.

If you are making payment by bank transfer (only for Singapore/Malaysia banks), downloads will only be available after your payment has been received.

We give you two symbol size options so you can stitch the way you love.

Standard Symbols – A little bigger than the usual charts, these fit more of the pattern on each A4 page. Perfect if you like fewer pages and are comfy with regular-sized symbols.

Large Symbols – Around 30% bigger, making them super easy on the eyes. They do take up more pages, but many stitchers find them much more relaxing to follow.

Note: Bundled Sets may not include the option of Larger Symbols.

Our patterns can be used with the Pattern Keeper App with a few adjustments. Here's a quick guide on how to use our charts on this very useful app.

Buying a cross stitch kit instead of just a PDF pattern can save you up to 50% on materials. With a PDF, you usually have to buy full skeins of every color, leaving you with piles of unused thread.

Our kits give you exactly what you need, with a little extra just in case. Even better, the threads come presorted and pre-cut, so there’s no measuring, and no sorting.

Less waste, less effort, and more stitching.
