Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates depend on your destination and order value. To see your rate, use the shipping calculator, or enter your full delivery address at checkout. The available shipping services, final shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be shown before you pay.

Free-shipping options

Free shipping is available once your order reaches the minimum order value for your destination. The minimum is shown in your local shipping currency in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Orders meeting or exceeding that minimum ship free. West and East Malaysia have no minimum order value for free shipping.

Delivery services & timing

All orders are shipped door to door and tracked. To international destinations outside Asia, we ship with FedEx or UPS. Within Asia, we use FedEx or other couriers depending on availability.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and do not include order preparation time.

Duties & taxes

United States: we ship all US orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and shown as line items on your order, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. You won't be charged any FedEx fees either, as we cover those. It's all-inclusive, stress-free shipping.

Japan: on a trial basis, we are currently offering DDP shipping to Japan, effective 27 October 2026. We collect taxes on your behalf and remit them to customs via FedEx for you. There are no charges on any order to Japan after checkout.

All other countries: import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout, and they vary by country. If you’re unsure what applies to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing.
