✔ Receive the Stitched Preview listing within 24-48 hours with a quote.
✔ If you like it, check out after choosing final customizations.
✔ If you need some changes, reply to our email and request.
✔ Once approved and paid, we will process it like any other kit/pdf. 
✔ Kits are shipped out within 2-3 days. 
✔ PDFs will be emailed within 2-3 days.

Our talented designer, who creates all the beautiful cross stitch kits and patterns on our website, is available to transform your personal photos into custom cross stitch designs.

As much as we want to do it all, we are just not professional photo editors :) We can do simple cropping, removing backgrounds, adding text but if you require meshing elements together, merging images or removing parts of an image, do prepare the image on your own before submitting the order. 

Kit price matches our standard sizes, plus a S$10–20 design fee based on image complexity.

Yes, all of our charts are in color, but if you prefer a black and white chart, you can request that as well under Notes at no extra charge.

For Stitch a Photo orders, we refine the pattern after payment is made, which usually takes about 1-2 days. You will receive an email with a link to download your PDF once it's all perfect and ready.

You definitely can. We will source the 11 count fabric for you to add to your order. Colors will be limited on the availability so it will usually be white or off white. Orders will be delayed for a few more days while we wait for your new fabric to arrive. If you prefer to use your own fabric, let us know in Notes and we will quote a Kit price without the fabric.

Since we offer an initial design free of charge, you can request up to 2 changes after the preview is provided.

The changes we can make include:
-Change of size
-Removal of background
-Removal of words
-Adding words (depending on the available space; smaller spaces will use backstitch for the text)
