Stitch a Photo

Send your image directly through our chat (bottom right corner). Start with a hello, followed by your name & email address and click Start Chart. You will see an image icon to upload a file. Attach your image and click send.

Most importantly do include the following information as well in the chat:-

- your preferred fabric count (14-count or 18-count)
- your preferred size in inches or cm

Once received we will provide you with a stitched preview within 24 hours.

✔ Receive the Stitched Preview listing within 24-48 hours with a quote.
✔ If you like it, check out after choosing final customizations.
✔ If you need some changes, reply to our email and request.
✔ Once approved and paid, we will process it like any other kit/pdf.
✔ Kits are shipped out within 2-3 days.
✔ PDFs will be emailed within 2-3 days.

For bigger and more complicated designs, we might need 1-2 days more.

Our talented designer, who creates all the beautiful cross stitch kits and patterns on our website, is available to transform your personal photos into custom cross stitch designs.

Our kits range in price from $20 to $100. It's almost the same to all the kits we have in the store by size with just an extra top up for a designing fee about $10-15.

Yes, all of our charts are in color, but if you prefer a black and white chart, you can request that as well under Notes at no extra charge.

While our designs specify sizes for 14 and 18 count fabric, all of our cross-stitch charts can be used with any fabric count you prefer. The only difference will be the final size of the stitched design.

For a PDF order, you can request any fabric count you'd like.

For a kit order, you can choose between 14 or 18 count fabric. If you prefer a different count, we can omit the fabric and provide you with a kit at a lower cost. You can then source your own fabric to complete the kit.

Since we offer an initial design free of charge, you can request up to 2 changes after the preview is provided.

The changes we can make include:
-Change of size
-Removal of background
-Removal of words
-Adding words (depending on the available space; smaller spaces will use backstitch for the text)
