Return & Exchanges (International)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

You may choose either of the following return options:

  1. Arrange your own return shipping (tracking is recommended), or
  2. Have us arrange a FedEx return label for a flat fee of S$30 (approximately US$24). This amount will be deducted from the payment already made, and no further payment is required.

A FedEx return label will be provided within 24 hours after a return request is approved. If you choose to arrange your own return, you can ignore the label and continue with your arrangement. We won't deduct the return fee from your refund if you arrange your own return and our label is not utilized.

If the FedEx return label is used, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and processed.

Refund Options
Refunds can be processed:

  • Back to your original payment method within 5–7 days, or
  • Instantly as store credit (with no expiry). You can request to transfer store credit back to your payment method anytime.

By default, we will always refund back to your original payment method unless instructed otherwise.

Free Returns & Exchanges (Singapore/Malaysia)

We offer Free Returns for orders in Malaysia.

Not loving your kit? Then return it to us anytime within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Partially used items will be assessed, and a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

The shipping label for the return will be emailed to you. Do check your junk folder in case our emails land there.

Refunds can be made back to your original payment method within 5-7 days or be instantly credited to you as Store credit with no expiry.

Non-refundable items

We are unable to offer returns on Stitch a Photo and PDF orders.
