2. Voucher can be used for both Kits and PDFs and has no expiry.

3. Voucher can only be redeemed against regular priced items or items with a slashed discount. (for e.g. $40.00 $36.00)

4. Voucher CANNOT be applied to promotional items.

5. Voucher can only be utilized on our website.

We understand that some of us tend to start our kits a little later than usual. Here are what's covered in our warranties.

Limited warranty
Missing items upon receipt due to our oversight (within 30 days upon receipt). This maybe compensated with the missing items or a partial refund if shipping costs are too high for the destination).
Not enough threads (within 12 months from order receipt). This maybe compensated with extra threads or a partial refund if shipping costs are too high for the destination).

Lifetime Warranty
Loss of printed chart --> You can choose to get the whole PDF at 50% off (if kit is purchased) or get just the 1-2 pages of the PDF for free.
Loss of PDF --> You can get the PDF replacement for free for lifetime with proof of purchase which is your full name, order number or the email used for your account. As long as we can find your order, we will honor this warranty. Do take note that the PDF provided might not be the same as the original as we tend to upgrade our designs regularly. This warranty is void if the design has been discontinued and the PDFs are no longer stored in our database.
