Not at all. Pattern mills are shops that sell digital PDF patterns created using stolen artwork or concepts. The owners of these shops often don’t cross stitch themselves, which can lead to various issues when stitching their patterns.

We’ve been cross stitching for 25 years, long before we started designing our own patterns. While part of our design process involves using exclusive software not available to the public, like PC Stitch, we go a step further by enhancing each pattern by hand. This includes removing confetti stitches, refining the design, and perfecting the details—a process that can take up to 6 hours per pattern. Our goal is to ensure that the cross-stitching experience is truly enjoyable.

14-count fabric has 14 squares per inch, while 18-count has 18 squares per inch, making the squares smaller. 14-count is a popular choice for beginners, while 18-count is great for those with stitching experience. If you’ve stitched before, you’ll find 18-count easy to work with, and it will give your design more detail. Keep in mind that on 18-count fabric, the finished design will be slightly smaller.

Absolutely! We understand that not all of our customers have easy access to a printer.

Just send us a message with the product SKU number, and we’ll create a product listing with a printed chart option. Please note that shipping fees will apply to printed chart orders.

Yes, you definitely can! While the option isn’t available by default, our charts are highly customizable. If you’re ordering a kit, simply add a note requesting a black and white chart. For PDFs, just send us a request before placing your order, and we’ll prepare it for instant download.

We include 30–60% extra threads beyond what the kit requires. Be sure to separate the threads into sets of 2 strands before starting your cross stitching. Using 3 strands or the entire thread may result in not having enough for the entire design. If you prefer to stitch with 3 strands, please contact us to arrange for additional threads.

That can definitely be arranged! If you’d like to purchase the same PDF, just let us know, and we’ll provide a link to get it at 50% off. If you’ve purchased a kit and PDF together, we’ll refund 50% of the PDF cost within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Yes, you can! While our charts cannot be copied, sold, or distributed, your finished cross stitch work is entirely your own. Feel free to sell it on eBay, Etsy, or anywhere else you’d like.

We’re here to help! :) Just send us a message, and as long as you’ve ordered the kit from us, we’ll email you that page free of charge.

The best part of our PDF service is that it comes with a lifetime warranty! You can get a free replacement as long as the design is still active in our shop. Unfortunately, discontinued designs can no longer be replaced.

Please note that our designs are occasionally upgraded or tweaked, so your replacement may not be an exact copy of the original.
