How long is a Gift Card valid for?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Can I use a Gift Card with other active promotions?

Yes, you definitely can :)

Why is my redeemed amount lesser than the Gift Card amount?

Our Gift cards are in Singapore dollars. If you check out in USD and redeem in USD, it will be converted from SGD to USD using the prevailing exchange rates. The value is the same just in a different currency.

I didn't receive my gift card!

Customers can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.

How to Use your Gift card

The option to add a gift card for payment appears on checkout only when there are active gift cards in your account.

When making a purchase in your store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

B. wegen Zollgebühren, zurückhalten. Ich habe Ihnen Ihre Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail geschickt, damit Sie sie für Ihre Anfragen zur Hand haben. Sollte das Paket irgendwie zurückgeschickt oder vernichtet werden, ohne Sie zu erreichen, erstatten wir Ihnen den vollen Kaufpreis.

Nur eine Anmerkung, dass wir auch einen Bericht hinterlassen haben, um in Ihrem Namen nach dem Paket zu fragen.
