How are our cross stitch charts created?
How are our cross stitch charts created?
Our cross stitch designs are not mass-produced pattern mill charts. Each design is created using professional design software and then carefully refined by hand. We spend hours of detailed work adjusting and removing unnecessary confetti stitches. The result? Beautiful designs that look amazing on fabric and are a joy to stitch from start to finish.
Can I stitch on any fabric count?
Can I stitch on any fabric count?
Absolutely! You can stitch our designs on any fabric count, not just 14 or 18-count. The only changes will be the finished size and thread needed. If you need fabric or thread calculations for a different count, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately for digital downloads, we have a no-return policy. However if there is an issue with your chart, do let us know and we will replace the chart for you.

We offer two symbol size options for our cross stitch patterns:
Standard Symbols: These are slightly bigger than market sized symbols and designed to fit more of the chart on each A4 page—ideal if you prefer fewer pages and are comfortable with regular-sized symbols.
Large Symbols: About 30% bigger than our standard version, large symbols are easier on the eyes—perfect for comfortable stitching! Because they're printed on A4 paper as well, they take up more pages to show the same pattern, but many find them much easier to follow.
See a sample of our Standard vs Larger Symbols here.
Your PDF download link will be available immediately after checkout and also sent to your email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
For bank transfer payments, the PDF will be sent once payment is confirmed.
Order Verification Process
On rare occasions, an order may be flagged for a quick security review to help protect our customers from fraudulent activity. If this happens, your order will be placed on hold for up to 24 hours while we carry out the checks.
Once everything is confirmed, your payment will be processed and your PDF download link will be sent straight to your email.
If we can’t clear the order, it will be cancelled and you won’t be charged.

Standard vs Larger Chart Printouts
Our standard symbol chart is already a little bigger than market size but if you need a little more magnification, opt for our larger symbol charts. Larger symbols charts will still be printed in A4 sized paper and will result in more pages.
It was easy to follow the pattern and very beginner friendly
Easy chart to do and i love the colors!
