Delivery times are estimates (business days) and begin after dispatch.

For Express Shipping, please allow additional time for courier processing any applicable customs duties. If duties are required, payment can be made securely through our courier’s official website using your tracking link.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Free Returns (Malaysia & Singapore)
Customers in Malaysia and Singapore enjoy free returns. Do wait for a label to be emailed to you within 24 hours after a return is requested. Pack your order with the said label and hand over to the courier for a next day pickup. Pickups can only be done from Monday to Fridays. If you have a preferred date for pickup, do let us know right after the return is requested.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in their original condition. Partially used items may still be returned, but they will be assessed and may receive a partial refund.

14-count Aida: 14 stitches per inch; larger holes make it easier for beginners. Finished pieces are bigger.

18-count Aida: 18 stitches per inch; smaller holes give more detail but can be harder to work with. Finished pieces are smaller.

Our 14-count gridded Aida fabric is designed to make your stitching faster and easier! 🧵✨

It features pre-marked grid lines every 10 stitches, created using removable monofilament threads. These fine threads act as a temporary guide to help you count accurately and keep your place, reducing mistakes and speeding up your workflow.

Once you’ve finished stitching, just gently pull out the grid threads—no marks left behind!

Standard vs Larger

We give you two symbol size options so you can stitch the way you love.

Standard Symbols – A little bigger than the usual charts, these fit more of the pattern on each A4 page. Perfect if you like fewer pages and are comfy with regular-sized symbols.

Large Symbols – Around 30% bigger, making them super easy on the eyes. They do take up more pages, but many stitchers find them much more relaxing to follow.
