I've lost my PDF!

No need to worry! Just reach out to us and provide at least your email address so we can locate your account. Let us know which PDF you need, and we’ll resend it to you. Please note that we occasionally make improvements to our charts, so if your order was placed some time ago, the version you receive may be slightly updated.

Printed chart or PDF

All of our charts (if not ordered as a Kit) are digital downloads, deliverable via a link and an email. A printed chart is provided if you purchase a Kit.

How are our cross stitch charts created?

Our cross stitch designs are not mass-produced pattern mill charts. Each design is created using professional design software and then carefully refined by hand. We spend hours of detailed work adjusting and removing unnecessary confetti stitches. The result? Beautiful designs that look amazing on fabric and are a joy to stitch from start to finish.

Can I stitch on any fabric count?

Absolutely! You can stitch our designs on any fabric count, not just 14 or 18-count. The only changes will be the finished size and thread needed. If you need fabric or thread calculations for a different count, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately for digital downloads, we have a no-return policy. However if there is an issue with your chart, do let us know and we will replace the chart for you.
