We have had a few requests from some customers to label our designs with their skill level i.e. beginner, intermediate or advanced. Whilst this would helpful to some, we feel that organizing our designs this way will impede your ability to try something new.

Our designs are done with your comfort in mind, the symbols are clear and easy, the color blocks help, there are less confetti or none at all and they are so easy to read and refer to. See Sample.

Except for a handful huge endeavors such as Nova Orbis Tabula most of our designs are tailored for all skill levels.

The difference between 14-count and 18-count Aida fabric is in the size of the squares or holes, which directly impacts the level of detail and size of the final cross-stitch piece:

1. 14-count Aida: This fabric has 14 squares (or stitches) per inch. It is often recommended for beginners because the squares are larger, making it easier to see and work with. The finished design will be slightly bigger compared to 18-count.

2. 18-count Aida: This fabric has 18 squares (or stitches) per inch. Since the squares are smaller, the stitches will be tighter, resulting in a more detailed design. However, it might be more challenging to stitch on, especially for those with less experience. The finished design will also be slightly smaller than on 14-count Aida.

In summary, 14-count is larger and simpler, while 18-count offers more detail in a smaller size but can be more challenging to work with.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. All of our designs are Counted Cross Stitch, not stamped, so you will need to refer to the chart and stitch on a blank Aida fabric.

We ship your order out within 1-2 days. Once shipped, delivery will take about 4-8 days via either FedEx, Aramex, DHL or UPS to most destinations. Read more about Shipping.

Of course, you can! You can return it for a full refund or do an exchange for materials. Orders are to be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in its original sealed condition.

The only product we can't accept returns are Stitch a Photo orders as these are customized orders and PDF downloads.

Absolutely! While our charts display sizes for 14 and 18-count fabric, you can stitch the design on any count you prefer—like 9-count, 11-count, 28-count, and beyond. The only changes will be the finished dimensions and the amount of thread needed.

If you’d like to adjust the fabric or thread calculations for a kit, just let us know! We're happy to exclude the fabric and offer a discount, since we currently only stock 14 and 18-count Aida.

For all pattern orders, your PDF will be available for instant download right after checkout. You’ll see a download link on the confirmation page once your payment is complete, and we’ll also email the link to you. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folder—sometimes it ends up there by mistake!
