You can see your shipping rates in all of our Kit product listings or when you checkout after entering your address.

We offer discounted and exclusive flat rates from our FedEx/UPS Partners + qualify for Free Shipping when you hit a certain amount!

If you don’t see your shipping rate at checkout, it may mean we’re unable to ship to your country. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to check if shipping is available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these fees or know what they might be in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like more details before placing an order.

US Tariffs (about $5) have been added to your shipping fee and your order will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, no customs paperwork, and no surprise charges upon delivery.

We take about 2-3 business days to process your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-8 days to arrive for most destinations.

While our store is registered in Singapore, our operations are currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We work with trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, and your package should arrive within 4–8 days.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
