US Tariffs (about US$10) have been added to your shipping fee and your order will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, no customs paperwork, and no surprise charges upon delivery.

Our cross stitch kits are handmade with care, so please allow 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, and every order is important to us. Once shipped, delivery typically takes less than a week to arrive. Thank you for your patience and for supporting handmade work.

While our store is registered in Singapore, our operations are currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We work with trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and ARAMEX to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, and your package should arrive within 4–8 days.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
