The PDF includes a cover page with the final stitched preview of the pattern, a DMC material list, a DMC care page, thread length details, a color chart with clear symbols, and easy-to-follow instructions.

The Cross Stitch Kits come with a color symbol chart, pre-sorted DMC threads, Aida fabric, needle(s), optional metallic Kreinik thread, and easy instructions. PDFs are provided as a complimentary addition to our Cross Stitch kits.

Our kits range in price from $30 to $100, depending on the size of the design and the materials required. You can view a free final stitched preview through a product listing that will also show the cost. Plus, there’s an option to save on costs! (Read below)

Save $4–$10 when you choose to receive your PDF or kit without any improvements! Improvements include removing confetti stitches, smoothing the pattern, and making the overall stitching experience easier. If you're happy with the design as it is, without our expert adjustments, we'll pass those savings back to you.

Yes, all of our charts are in color, but if you prefer a black and white chart, you can request that as well.

For Stitch a Photo orders, we refine the pattern after payment is made, which usually takes about 24-48 hours. If you choose not to have any improvements, your PDF will be ready for download in less than 24 hours.

While our designs specify sizes for 14 and 18 count fabric, all of our cross-stitch charts can be used with any fabric count you prefer. The only difference will be the final size of the stitched design.

For a PDF order, you can request any fabric count you'd like.

For a kit order, you can choose between 14 or 18 count fabric. If you prefer a different count, we can omit the fabric and provide you with a kit at a lower cost. You can then source your own fabric to complete the kit.

Since we offer an initial design free of charge, you can request up to 2 changes after the preview is provided.

The changes we can make include:
-Change of size
-Removal of background
-Removal of words
-Adding words (depending on the available space; smaller spaces will use backstitch for the text)
